★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't return phone calls when they owe you money. Horrible turn over rate too, you never deal with the same person. My home was delayed years, not months.
Not sure how thier rating is as high as it is....paid reviews? Ask any Liza home owner, homes are garbage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run, don’t walk away from this builder. Very unethical and no transparency. They are known to not pay their trades and don’t stand behind the severe lack of “quality” and “care” put into homes. They’re snake oil salespeople and only care about making money, not the quality of home or experience. They will give you a list of excuses to try and diffuse and shut your complaint down without addressing it.
Once they get enough bad reviews for one of their company names (Liza homes(liza communities) they’ll switch names so their bad reputation doesn’t follow them.

All of our concerns were dealt with immediately, either with a response to follow up, or with a trade showing up to remedy the work. I would definitely recommend them as a builder to friends and family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I have just purchased our first home. We were quite meticulous in our research on the local builders.
We also visited the model homes mulitple times before selecting our builder. What separated mansouri living was their professionalism and customer service. The on-site sales representative was amazing. She was so helpful and gave us tips for upgrades in the home that would be necessites for our lifestyle vs. things that could wait. I would refer them to any of my friends/family who are in the market for purchasing a new build.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second purchase from the same builder. My family and have been happy with our purchase both times! Even though Customer Service didn't have the answers right away, they gave us a timeline, and followed up. The purchase process was painless, and so was closing. All in all, a great builder from start to finish.
