★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greedy company. They are asking for 100k over the agreement price in the name of pandemic. The closing date was March 2020. Pandemic was not in full swing and they delayed to 2022. Pathetic. And dont bother about government. We just have to come together and stop giving business to greedy and evil companies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am going to give a 3 star, because we don't know both sides of the story. I am sure they built quality homes, townhomes etc. I would like to know both sides of the story. I know I would not like my price to have gone up $100,000, but if we are uneducated then I hope they can clear that up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience so far booked a house with them in September 2019, still have not received the possession and the builder has further delayed the closing date till November 2022 whereas the original closing date was June 2020. I agree that COVID is tough for everyone but this much delay is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a pre construction unit (executive town) in the summer of 2019 at the urban north Barrie project and I have been treated with nothing but honesty and proper disclosures thus far. As of right now there has been no concerns raised for me except that my flooring has had to be changed to another blend. But as stated in my contract it was changed to a material of equal or greater value (which in this case is better). Love the look of the building and appreciate the professionalism of this organization. Keep on building!! See you in April!!! ?
