★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cette résidence n'est rien d'autre qu'un piège de location de condo pour personnes âgées sans leur offrant des simples services necessaires.
Entre 20 heures le soir et 8 heures le matin l'édifice est totalement barré. Aucun être humain pour vous ouvrir la porte principale en cas d'urgence. Il faut trouver une code à la porte qui change souvent pour demander de l'aide du 3ieme étage. Et attendre qu'ils descendent. La grande section semi autonome est traité par l'admistration totalement comme autonome. Vous apprenez tout Ça après avoir signé le bail.
L'administration se cache derrière un bâtiment chic, faisant semblant de s'occuper des personnes âgées.
VOUS DEVRIEZ LES ÉVITER COMME UNE PESTE. C'est la même l'admiration et propriétaires de compagnie KASATA, du célèbre résidence HERON a Dorval.
This residence is nothing more than a trap of renting a condo for seniors without offering them simple necessary services.
Between 8 p.m. in the evening and 8 a.m. the building is completely blocked off. No human being to open the main door for you in an emergency. You have to find a code at the door which changes often to ask for help from the 3rd floor. And wait for them to come down. The large semi-autonomous section is treated by the administration totally as autonomous. You learn all of this after signing the lease.
The administration is hiding behind a chic building, pretending to take care of the elderly.
YOU SHOULD AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAGUE. It is the same admiration and owners of KASATA company, of the famous HERON residence in Dorval.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed my grandmother a little over a year ago and she loves it beautiful view , clean and beautifully decorated, staff and nurses are great and friendly, food is great and great selection, I love to visit my grandmother especially when it’s this clean and nice and I’m happy to know she is in good hands!

Love the decor elevator is a bonus wheelchairs access big bonus on nurses and clients back Look as improve . Worker uniforms look great staff is treated very fair with breaks and the head boss is very fair when new worket is not being treated fair. I love the back yard nice view fresh breeze. It like a new enchantment world

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I'm happy with the results and extra care I received, getting a place for my parents to move in. The Admin staff have been wonderful, with all the paperwork. My parents move is from Ontario, which brings up the complexity, but I am apricated of the level of service. Great views of the grounds and river & sunsets.
