Certains membres du personnel sont extrĂȘmement humains et gentils mais ils ne constituent pas la majoritĂ©. Ne vous attendez Ă aucune gentillesse gratuite: nous avons demandĂ© une fois Ă un des employĂ©s de nous aider a apporter une boite lourde au garage de la rĂ©sidence et il nous a demandĂ© 40$! Les gens Ă la rĂ©ception ne sont pas des plus aimables non plus.
La personne quâil rĂ©fĂšre pour faire les impots est trĂšs lente et incompĂ©tente. Notre famille a amĂšrement regrettĂ© dâavoir placĂ© ma mĂšre au Manoir.
Big company designed to maximize the money to be made with old and vulnerable people. If you require staff services then expect that every second will be charged, and at a high price. Some staff are extremely humane and kind, but they are not the majority. Do not expect any free kindness: we once asked one of the employees to help us bring a heavy box to the garage of the residence and he asked us for $ 40! The people at the front desk are not very friendly either.
The person he refers to to make the taxes is very slow and incompetent. Our family bitterly regretted placing my mother at the Manor.

Ont donné de fausses informations pour faire signer un bail.
Lors du déménagement, les ascenseurs étaient défectueux, nous avons dû transporter les meubles par les escaliers jusqu'au 6Úme étage!!!! Aucune compensation du Manoir!
N'ont accordé non plus aucune compensation pour épidémie de punaises, bruit de construction pendant des mois, etc.
La majorité des employés sont impeccables, donnent leur maximum dans les conditions inadéquates dans lesquelles ils sont, mais la direction ne veut que votre argent!

When moving the elevators were faulty, we had to carry the furniture up the stairs to the 6th floor !!!! No compensation from the Manor!
Also did not award any compensation for bedbug outbreaks, construction noise for months, etc.
The majority of the employees are impeccable, give their best under the inadequate conditions in which they are, but the management only wants your money!

â â â â â My grandfather was preyed upon by a nurse who kept asking for and receiving important material and financial "gifts", and items of importance were taken from his room and never seen again. My attempts to inquire about this were brushed off and the head of the establishment was never available to talk. I do not recommend this place, they do not care.
