★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a courtesy drop off and the "Supervisor" said NO not our policy. When asked if they provided a courtesy such as my request - NO! Then didn't even bother to bring in shop, drop outside and left it there! So much for trucking courtesy. Never had any other trucking company treat me this way. **If I could have I would not have given them even 1 star**
You asked me for more info. Why bother, it is too late now and you won't do anything about it. It is all about the $$$$.
That is all it is. Greed. Just can't do a courtesy drop, just because you are company for the money

My vendor shipped late into the holidays and still Manitoulin delivered EARLY!
Then I was expecting some frustrations with a midnight rendezvous and was pleasantly surprised to meet a happy and helpful night shift!!
From dispatch-shipper-dockmanager-forklift- operators- all were courteous, engaged and helpful forklift operators?!?!
Where does Manitoulin find happy-to-be-helpful operators?! they even suggested, rewieghed lottments and confirmed best loading of my smaller 1Ton and didn't even mind to jump off forklift for some dunnage!!
Maybe I'm old school and these are agreeable new generation of operators?!:)
