★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really good experience.I had my road test and it went very good in presence of my examination coordinator named balli and he was very polite.He guided me a lot before my start of examination and answered all my queries. The test went very good with the examination coordinator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I failed 2 times because of a very racist and uncomfortable person and he was very discouraging person, and then I passed with other examiner she was a lady I can’t remember her name. She was professional and considered that I was nervous and she was giving me all the instructions clearly and in a very polite way I was very comfortable and would like to thank her as she doesn’t have the same rude attitude like the rest of them. Wish her all the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good luck taking your road test there, especially if you get examiner 65B.B. He was extremely aggressive, rude, arrogant and humiliating. Would NOT recommend. I passed but he tried was continuasly trying to fail me and get me to mess up. Horrible experience. Other than that all of the other people were extremely kind and helpful it was only examiner 65B.B. that ruined it for everyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t make it far on the road test, but the examiner 127 A.M. seemed kind and friendly. Even when I made a critical error, he was gentle in his explanation of how and why it was wrong. He is the reason why my experience at this MPI gets any stars in the first place.
When I tried to book another test (sometime before 10:30ish AM), the lady working at one of the desks was EXTREMELY rude. When asking for my personal info, multiple times she kept saying “You need to speak louder” in a very sharp and scolding tone, while also giving me nasty looks! It was unbelievable. Like, I’m sorry if I don’t want to recite my phone number and address loud enough for everyone else to hear? Either way, she should’ve asked kindly. It baffles me that someone like this lady would lack such basic customer service. I didn’t get her name, but she had black hair and dark brown eyes. She appeared to be Asian. Whoever you are, if you can’t at least fake being nice to customers, then you shouldn’t be working this job at all. So disgusting, and it was just not a nice experience to have after already dealing with the humiliation of failing my road test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here wasn't the best i could get when i visited to register for Drivers license knowledge test. I sat down for over 3 hours waiting to be called even when i saw people come in ,get attended to and left. A lady however changed my view when she called me ,attended to me and explained that i was delayed because i could get same i came for in another branch. That there branch prioritise customer base on their need. She made a good impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Lots of parking available around the building.This location is not conjusted like other few locations I believe this location is best in terms of space. Mixed form of customer service can be seen.Sometimes the staff I polite be it customer service representative or the other staff like estimator etc but at times you can see them not polite.
