★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for driver's abstract. It doesn't take long before I was attended to. Their customer service is heartwarming. It's a thing of beauty to know that MPI still renders services at this time while observing all the rules and regulations associated with covid 19. Their staff deserves commendation for their services to humanity. I noticed too that road driving test is still ongoing. That's a goodnews for those who are contemplating to go driving test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s great to have quick service at MPI, sometimes it does get busier so it’s a bit slow but I don’t blame it. The staff is nice and professional and know what they are doing. All in all I’m always satisfied whenever I go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad at one time I made a claim. And I told them that I did not know who had damaged my vehicle, and they told me that they could not help me repair it if I did not accept that I had damaged it. If I had the option in Manitoba to have another insurer, I would not hesitate to change

All service points persons I interacted with, spoke clearly and took the time to explain concepts that were new to me in a concise manner.
