★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemp Heart and Hemp oil are part of my daily diet! Highly recommended products and very versatile! Hemp oil can be used in homemade salad dressing and the Hearts can be used in Pesto in place of pine nuts to add more depth to the palate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where are the hemp bites ??? So I bought these several months ago....loved them....and you think I can buy them again??? No one...no where has them. Amazon says it has no stock..another site says discontinued and my local organic stores haven't seen them in a while. Go to the website and its useless. No contact info, no way to order product. No way to ask questions. Guess they must sell enough to not worry about making extra sales?? Sure wish I could buy more. Isn't that what every company would love to hear??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for an alternative to oatmeal for breakfast as I wanted to keep my blood sugar low and oatmeal tended to make it rise.So I tried hemp hearts instead of oatmeal and my blood sugar 2 hours after eating is much better.This makes sense becuase 4 tablespoons of hemp hearts contains only 1 gram of sugar.The rest is lipid and protein. Plant lipids are healthy and contain little saturated fat and are high in omega 3.To make breakfast i use 4 tablespoons of hemp hearts and 2 tablespoons of flax.Then I add water and microwave for a minute.It has a nutty taste.You can add more water if you like.Its a great alternative to oatmeal...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought the Hemp Hearts for the first time after seeing them in stores for years. Typically I use flax, chia, or other grains to add to cereals/smoothies, but right now I am needing to up my protein from non-meat sources. I saw a bag of this on sale and figured I'd try, and they are delicious!! Great to add to yogurt or whatever, but also awesome to just eat with a spoon. Very impressed at the flavor, quality, nutritional content and apparent ethics of company. I can't believe I am a natural food lover and didn't try these sooner...I feel silly!
