Si Tess and Michael ay napakagalang at magiliw sa customers pero MAY ISANG BABAE, MAIKLI ANG BUHAY MEDYO HUKOT, TALAGANG MASUNGIT...DAPAT MAISIP NIYA NA MAG-RESIGN DAHIL HINDI SIYA NAKAKATULONG SA AMIN SA PAG-REMIT. AYAW NIYANG MATATANONG; AYAW SAGUTIN ANG TELEPONO..PINAGBABABAGSAKAN ANG MGA TUMATAWAG. PANGIT KASI!!!
 The Manila Express would be great to be located in Richmond, BC..Canada.
Tess and Michael are very courteous and friendly to customers but WITH A WOMAN, ENJOY LIFE MEDICINE, VERY LITTLE ... SHE SHOULD BE RESIGNED BECAUSE HE DIDN'T HELP US TO REMIT. DON'T KNOW THAT; DON'T TELL THE PHONE..PRODUCTION THE CALLS. KISIT KASI !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agents are very rude especially the guy agent. Very unprofessional. Doesn't even know what professionalism is. They even ask personal questions like why are you sending the money, etc. If there was another place to send money in Richmond, I wouldn't go here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a customer of Manila Express for more than 7 yrs. I can definitely say that Manila Express is awesome. Very good customer service, they would even let you borrow money to send and pay it back after 2 weeks!! I mean, where on earth could you find a service like that? And with that I wont even mind to sometimes wait in line or over the phone for few minutes when they are very busy in somedays. I understand that they have tons of customer to deal with so its totally fine.
To Mike, Ate Tess, Lorna T. (Look alike) and Ate with rosy cheeks... :) You guys are awesome!!! ?
