Terrible. Someone came to assess our potential renovation and provide a quote in week or so. Never heard from them again - sent emails, called and left messages. Zero response. So disappointing.

I purchased a house from a builder that used Manalco for siding. The workmanship was poor and they missed more than one appointments to resolve the issues.

They did columns & railings on the exterior of my home. They were professional, on time, friendly, & the materials they use are high quality. I would highly recommend

I had the cheap pillars, replaced and replaced the rotten wood siding on the front of our house. Manalco replaced both items with excellent quality products and improved both the look and value of my home. I always felt that I was working with honest people and it did not feel like a fly-by-night operation. We are very happy with their work and I really appreciate Pat for his help on accomplishing what we wanted to do. I can highly recommend Manalco and wey are already using them again in the near future for a couple more project.

We hired Larry / his team at Manalco to finish an addition to our new house build which connected a prefabricated home and a steel shop. Larry was hired to do all of the finishes between the two structures and to make sure that the "breezeway" that they were finishing buttoned up perfectly against the shop. He sold himself as the "contractor" for this job, not just an installer (his words). Larry sourced material that matched the siding on our prefabricated home. He stressed how difficult it was to come by so he wanted to ensure that he had enough. Needless to say that he ordered 2X as much as he should of and we got stuck with thousands of dollars of unusable and un-returnable material (as it was custom made). He even showed up one day and started to load these 7 extra bundles of siding into his truck for some reason. Luckily we were home and caught him in the act. Regardless of all the above, Larry oversold his abilities and under delivered. The pictures on this post are how Larry left our job, and said they were finished. Bare plywood hanging out of our brand new home, and insulation hanging out of the bottom. These are all things that Larry told us that he would complete and was originally hired to do. We've had to hire another contractor to finish Manalco's job. VERY unprofessional, would not recommend. EDIT: In response to Manalco's response, Our project manager agrees that you were responsible for this work that was not completed. There were no other contractors hired to complete this work other than Manalco. And we were only credited $650 AFTER brining this up to you. The credit was not applied because you were picking up 7 extra bundles, the credit was applied after we had to push for it with our PM. $650 does not equal the amount of extra ordered bundles based on the $8600 costs of materials stated in your text message on Monday, October 19, 2020. "He was there to remove leftovers on site at your request." This is false, we never asked anyone to remove any material or come on our property unannounced. When my wife came out and noticed Larry loading his truck up with our materials, he stated that he was there to clean up the site for us. She then asked him if the material he was taking was paid for by us which he responded to this "Well it's not that black and white". He could not give her a straight answer to whether or not we paid for the material at which point I got on the phone with Larry and asked him to remove our material from the truck. Another note, Larry continually delayed the project week after week, even with the basement window installations that they were hired to do which caused our construction site to sit exposed for weeks, and our foundation to flood and fill with water multiple times. When this was happening, we almost locked in another contractor who we know. This is when Larry sold himself as a contractor and that he would manage the entire siding and finishing project, calling the other contractor an "installer" VS. a contractor saying that there was a big difference in their quality of finishing touches. We have all of this well documented. We are not sharing any false information and have very good record keeping of this job. We are sharing our true experience of this company and our honest review is above. Larry was hired to finish the work in the pictures and that is a fact. There is no need to threaten us with Legal action. If you see otherwise, you know our address. The above concerns and pictures were brought to Larry's personal cell number via IMessage on December 17, 2020 at 2:14 p.m. which were read by him. We never received a response or any further communication and hence, had to hire another contractor to finish Manalco's faulty work.
