Malton

Terrible parking situation for commuters, no parking enforcement. Had my car broken into last night - if you want to have a night out in Toronto, may as well bring your car with you rather than parking overnight at Malton GO.

Would LOVE to be able to actually use this station, especially when traveling to the International Centre Mississauga, but NO GO Transit in their usual LIBTARD stupidity (16 years of Liberal rule will really ruin things) does NOT operate any train service to this location on a weekend. Oh I can take A BUS from Union TRAIN Station to go to Malton TRAIN Station, but nope can't take an actual TRAIN on a weekend. And this is still basically in Toronto and certainly within the GTA. So if METROLINX can't even connect and offer weekend transit inside the GTA, then their is no wonder why public transit to outliner communities such as Kitchener and Hamilton are only through the week. With the money that METROLINX gets, and the money wasted on these fancy stations that are CLOSED more than they are open, I think they could afford to run a few more trains. What is the point of having Train Stations that are never open, and running buses, buses and more buses from one train station to the next?!? Someone (a Non LibTARD, non urban planner who actually uses the things they plan ideally) explain this to me, how running BUSES from one train station to another on weekends makes any sort of sense.

I take the train everyday from here to get to union, its a small clean station. But with more people taking the train from here they really need to do something about the parking. After 8:35 you will not find any space in the lot. We use to be able to park across from here but now that is zoned off as a construction zone. There needs to be more trains running in general I have to stand most days and I don't want to pay to stand all the way.

Never leave your vehicle overnight at this Station! Mine was one of 3 who had their windows smashed and their cars ransacked. It is not safe. I’m now out hundreds of dollars and there was nothing to steal in my vehicle. Definitely be aware of the risks before you decide to leave your vehicle and be ready to take responsibility for your choice. What a way to end a lovely weekend to Toronto.

This GO Transit train station is located at Derry Road in Malton (Missisauga). The station is neat & clean and have basic facilities. For tickets they have a counter in hut type small building and habe two automatic machines. This station is located on Kitchener line so you can catch a train for Union Station, Toronto or for Kitchener. Train service is only available in weekdays (except late evening) but bus service is available for late weekday evenings and weekends. They also have a balance checker machine outside the entrance for Presto Card users. Pearson Airport is very close and International centre is just behind the station. They have ample parking space but it gets filled by 8am. You can also park your vehicle in the parking space of International Centre as you can enter the station from that side too. 505 Zum Bovaird Express Bus of Bramton Transit connects it with airport road. 505 bus runs from Malton Station to Mount Pleasant Station via Airport Road and then Bovaird Drive. Mississauga Transit also has their bus service form this station but frequency is too low. During odd times or late evenings there is no Brampton Transit service to this station but you can catch a bus for Westwood Mall from bus stop located at the intersection of Derry Road East and Station entrance. Malton GO station is also shared by VIA Rail but train only stops if any passenger has any booking. The only negative point about Malton GO station is that you can only use their washroom if GO transit staff is present in their Hut type building as washroom is inside their building and they lock the building after their working hours.

A neatly maintained GO station with just about enough parking if you get in before 08.00/08.30 AM weekdays. The waiting rooms do have heaters.

It's a nice station that is accessible ♿ and has plenty of parking ?️ for you to use when commuting to whether it is work or school or just a fun day trip this station is very good for the Malton and Malton Village Area. One thing I wish is that was an option is Kitchener Line trains on the weekend but other than that there is bus service that runs to and from Union Station Bus Terminal and Bramalea GO Bus coming minimum every hour

Standard suburban GO station. Minimal amenities, but is adequately fit for its purpose and expected traffic. The station was undergoing renovations the one time I got on here. I will forever cherish the time I spent at the Malton GO station in Mississauga, Ontario.
