I went in the evening around 8pm and it was empty.

β β β β β My partner sent me a package that failed to make it through customs, which is okay, it happens. However the condition it was sent back in was was abysmal. There was dirt in the package, everything was a mess and worst of all they either stole or trashed all the artwork he had taken the time to make for me. Livid is an understatement.

β β β β β Iβm just here to tell anyone who is trying to self-clear a UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc, package that this is NOT the correct facility. I donβt know why the CBPA website refuses to clarify this.
The correct facility is a 16 minute drive away deep in the airport roads, at 2720 BRITANNIA ROAD EAST, MISSISSAUGA.

β β β β β I've dealt with the officers at this location, As a human being I was charged with one offense, and it was a deportable offense , the officers worked with me tirelessly to get to the bottom of it , and realized that I wasn't really guilty of the offense after all !! I give credit where the credit is due !!
