★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience. Se faire abandonner à une semaine de passer à la cour car on a pas répondu à un supposé appel, quand un mode de communication par courriel avait été clairement été établi dès le départ, c'est franchement inadmissible.
Very bad experience. To be abandoned a week to go to court because we did not respond to a supposed call, when a method of communication by email had been clearly established from the outset, it is frankly inadmissible.

Bonjour,
alors que j'avais stationné mon véhicule par erreur au stationnement de Guillaume Phaneuf, celui-ci est arrivé derrière moi très agressif et m'a dit que je devais sortir mon auto d'ici 5 mtes , sinon il ferait remorquer mon auto. En plus, je cherchais un moyen pour faire recharger la batterie à plat de l'auto. Je lui dis qu'il serait beaucoup plus efficace de me prêter des câbles que d'être condescendant en ce moment. Guillaume s'est retourné et m'a crié au visage sur un ton très hargneux: JE NE VOUS AIDERAIS PAS, MÊME SI VOTRE VIE EN DÉPENDAIT, PIS J'AI PAS À T'PARLER!!! Son rôle est justement de défendre les gens!! L'utilisation de son stationnement quelques minutes ne peut justifier de traiter les gens de cette manière. Je n'ose pas imaginer le genre d'avocats qu'il est si un client a du retard dans sa facture. Est-ce comme cela qu'il traite ses clients?? L'argent semble sa seule motivation.
Détrompez-vous la belle apparence de Guillaume Phaneuf ne reflète en rien ce qu'il est à l'intérieur. PEU IMPORTE SON INTENTION, IL A SURTOUT RÉUSSI À ME CONVAINCRE DE NE JAMAIS FAIRE AFFAIRE AVEC LUI, UN ÊTRE AUSSI NARCISSIQUE ET PLEIN DE HAINE. Je le déconseille fortement à tous.

even though I had parked my vehicle by mistake in Guillaume Phaneuf's parking lot, he came up behind me very aggressively and told me that I had to get my car out within 5 meters, otherwise he would tow my car.
