Not only was he timely and professional, he let me know exactly what to expect, how long it would take to address the problem, and he came in at a reasonable price. When the job started, he kept me apprised of the progress each day ensuring that all problems were taken care of. Chris and his crew were on schedule, and finished in the amount of time expected. He provided excellent, reliable service, with long-term results that protected my investment. Because of this positive experience, I have more recently rehired Make It Drain to finish two bathroom renovations and to update my kitchen and laundry plumbing. Again, i was thrilled with the results and the efficiency of his team. We have a serious situation with extensive water coming into our property in Orillia , the property was assessed by 2 other professionals that were not able to isolate the issue. They are responsive, courteous and most important experienced I would highly recommend using them and I will use them in the near future when required. Job well done!!!
