Notre maison change de couleur selon nos désirs et apporte calme et joie à toute la famille. Les grandes fenêtres apporte énormément de lumière à la maison. Bravo !
I love our new home. The design is just extraordinary. I love the ideas of the entrepreneur, Michel Pepin, like adding light therapy with LEDs. Our house changes color according to our wishes and brings calm and joy to the whole family. The large windows bring a lot of light to the house. Well done !

At first, I really excited to have my soon to be home for my mom.
When I signed the deal by the end of March 2020, the house price was $840K. I put my down payment for $150K.
Then I started to modify the plan (based on their recommendation) for 3months and then the city rejected the plan. So we had to rework everything for another 3months. After I agree with the new plan, they came to me with the increase price for $1.1M (only for layout with the same standard or maybe lower specification + extra cabinets for the kitchen). And if I did not agree, they will charge me with the architect fee $6,750 (tax not included).
They even told me that the price already include with my shower bidet for all bathrooms, but then they revert it back (even after I show them proof in the emails).
Since my mom really love this house, I had to agree to sign a new contract with the new price.
In the new contract, they even threaten me "if I cannot finalize the purchase by December 1st 2021, they will take all my deposits, sell the house and the contract will be cancelled and no pursuit could be made by both parties".
I just came to Canada in 2019 and suddenly shocked with the way they treated customer like that.
Long story short, I have to cancel the contract and move to Calgary. I already let it go and don't wanna look back. Hopefully in my new place, I can find a better place for my mom & my family.
