I have the pleasure of living next door to a rental listing by Edith Wong. Upstairs and downstairs both rented . 10 people total.. Unfortunately she also rents the garage of the house to a third party who stores damaged cars and motorcycles as well as rents the side of the house for RV storage. Both the garage rental and the side lot rental are both Illegal but Edith Wong does not seem to care after bringing this to her attention. Well Edith. Here comes the bylaw office. Hope you have more ethics selling houses than renting them.. Magsen Realty please take note ... Not ethical...

Maurice Yu and Billy Yu of Magsen Realty closely followed through my entire home buying process including researching and touring properties, writing and negotiating the offer, engaging lawyer on closing the transaction, possessing the property and inspecting defects for developer to repair, etc. Apart from these, they also helped us connecting other services such as lawyer, home accessories, lighting and window screen installations. Through this home buying experience, both Maurice and Billy always put our needs first and were acting for the best interest of us as their client. Billy was an effective and attentive listener who recognized what his client really needed and provided suitable and prompt solution or suggestion. Maurice was always responsive and made time to answer our questions and address any areas of concern. He followed through the entire home buying process and reminded necessary actions before reaching key steps. He also personally walked through the property and identified potential hazards that would require the developer to fix. Additionally, they had strong network of connecting experienced professionals to perform home buying related services. They also extended heartfelt congratulations by making in person visit to our new home. Even so, they followed up proactively and are willing to offer after-move-in assistance where needed. Overall, I consider Maurice and Billy both are trusted, knowledgeable, resourceful and caring realtor partners. If this is what you are looking for, then they are probably your go-to persons.

We came to a verbal agreement with the client to rent a property that was available. Two hours before we were meant to sign the contract we got a text saying that the property was no longer available. Not even an apology

I can’t even begin to describe how horrible this company is. DO NOT rent a unit managed by them. Just don’t. They don’t care about anything, and will just try to squeeze as much money as possible out of you. For 3 months they wouldn’t fix a single issue in my unit. And even when I tried working with them on a reasonable agreement to end tenancy, they tried to push me into sleazy arrangements to profit as much as they could from me. Just stay away.

I was working with Jenny Xu at Magsen Realty. She was very unprofessional. She had the audacity to call me names in text message. Told me I am secured for the place 2 separate times then told me NO. RACISISM IS NOT ACCEPTABLE I wouldn't recommend this realtor unless your a chinese decendant. Terrible experience
