★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for a specific magnacharge battery. Dealing over the phone was a bit confusing. One rep said they have it, and the other one said they don't. But at the end I was able to find it but not the exact match. Otherwise it's an ok experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently worked here for a year and half and to be honest, this company has potential to great be but it's the most unorganized company I have ever worked at. There is ZERO COMMUNICATION when it comes to anything that has to do with the task there and I could go on, but it's not worth it.
They will work people to the core yet their wages does not match the task that is required to do. Only if you threaten to leave is when they will bump the wages.
Some of the people in management don't even know anything that has to do with batteries, yet will belittle the ones that have the knowledge.
While I was there, I worked with amazing people and they were the reason I stayed.
From the top of the year til May 10 people including myself has left. They have more people leaving than staying. Great company but appreciate the people you have, give them better pay and be more organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a replacement battery for a discontinued GPS. I tried many companies over the phone and by internet with out success .My girlfriend reminded me how good was Magnacharge when we were living in Etobicoke, I tried on the weekend and the same day I had a positive response.
Very professional, friendly, helpful, accommodating and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!!!
