Allowing stylists to butcher young woman's hair and expect people to pay more then what was originally estimated.
There was zero compensation for the screw up. The " manager" agreed to fix the issue but then skipped out on two appointments to fix this horrendous job they call '" professional"
I would of given 0 stars if I could have. Absolutely disgusted with thier behavior and the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jen is absolutely FABULOUS!! I went in to have my hair cut from medium to short, but I didn’t know what else I wanted and gave Jen freedom to do whatever she felt would look nice with my bone structure and she DID NOT disappoint! I haven’t loved my hair this much in years. It’s given me a new found sense of confidence and that’s worth so much more than just a simple haircut. Thank you so much Jen! I’ll never go anywhere else for hair care again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online booking system wouldn’t let me select a different hairstylist or the name of the person I was making the appointment for so when I booked my son and husband in, both appointments were for me and for specific stylists. The two women argued in front of us over who would cut my sons hair because neither of them wanted to even though I booked a child’s haircut. Then when they finally did let us in they were both very rude and the stylist kept barking at me to hold my sons head while she cut his hair even tho he was sitting still. Never been told to hold my kids head while his hair was getting cut before. Super unprofessional. Not impressed at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a 11:30 am appointment didn't get in the chair till 12. Given a mask that I was required to wear during my haircut that I wasn't told about when I made the appointment on the phone, one elastic broke halfway through my haircut so I had to hold the mask on my face for the rest of the time.was not asked if I wanted my hair washed. Lady did a horrible job gelling my hair at the end. Half has gel half didn't. $4 sanitation fee that I wasn't told about ahead of time. $29 for a men's haircut... Crazy! Oh and it looks horrible. I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to my local Magicuts in Langley city in the past mostly out of convenience and hoping for a half decent haircut. Today I walked in with no appointment and was greeted very professionally by hairstylist Kim. What I ended up experiencing was absolutely the best hairstyle experience that I can remember every happening. Kim was incredible with careful detail on my haircut, she took the extra effort to every little detail. This is something that maybe you would expect from a high line salon. I left there feeling like a new person so happy in these tough Covid times. I highly recommend Kim and this location and will definitely be making it my personal salon from now on. Keep up your fantastic work Kim !!!! And thank you for making my day so much brighter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT recommend hair colouring. Don’t know what they are doing. No confidence and the highlights not evenly streaked. Big “patches” of colour. The 2 sides of my hair completely different! I now have to pay to get it fixed somewhere else!!
