Charge people ridiculous lender fees of almost $11,000 on a loan of $350k and some other stupid fees in some cases even more than $11,000. I wish I can give them zero star but unfortunately I can't do that. Run away from them people if you can. They will keep you in second that you're trying to run away from.

I will recommend them for someone who understands that he/she is getting approved for their mortgage from a private company because they do not qualify to go with an A or Blender.

Recently we had a very quick closing that required 2 mortgages ( refinance and purchase ) in order to save the deal for this client. Magenta went from approved to funded in 1 week. Underwriting and fulfilment was top notch, quick response and flexible with conditions to bring these deals together. Will gladly work with them again.
