★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested a quote from Mag Drywall. After submitting all of the project documentation, I was told that it would be forwarded to their estimating department. I called back on the day my proposal was due and was told at that time that Mag Drywall would not be quoting on the job. I was left to scramble and find another drywall contractor at the last minute.
Professional conduct with regard to tendering in construction typically involves communication indicating whether or note a vendor intends to participate in a bid. This doesn't seem to be the case at Mag Drywall. I hope they will change their communication plan in the future.
