They're not professional at all, the glue to my lashes didn't last a week, after a week there was almost no lashes left, i took the one year ipl treatment, I didnt see any results and I won't even talk about the fact that they cancel appointments for no reason cause "they don't feel like it". I also tried a hairstylist there during the year of ipl I took and she didnt seem to understand what I was saying and she straight up sighed when I said I'd like the curls away from my face, not in my face and she told me "we'll see" like she didnt care. If there was an option for zero star, I'd gladly choose that

Manager (i believe it was her) is rude and arrogant (blondie girl in the hairdresser section). I was at the counter and had many inquiries as a first time customer, this woman was answering my questions with a nonchalant attitude, wasnt even looking at me when I was talking. She probably was judging by my look and the fact im a newbie. Whatever!
Second: i bought 8 sessions for laser treatment, everytime it was my appointment they were always behind and I had to wait 15-20mins. One time I waited 30mins... they clearly can't manage their schedule.
Third: My mother also bought laser treatment, she told them she doesnt have any good result, and instead of explaining to her the possible reasons, they just impose her to buy more sessions. We're asian and she barely can speak French/English so they probably just wanted the easy way out to deal wit her. Anyways I dont think they're efficient.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Too bad so sad.

Perfect place for spending a day of making beauty and relaxation far away from your daily routine. The salon is very clean, and prices are very reasonable, good quality of services I did hair and manicure with different specialists and anytime result is excellent.
