โ โ โ โ โ It is over 5 years since Sean Miletich and his company did extensive work in my appartment. They completely rebuilt my kitchen and painted several rooms and some furniture. I love the work Sean and his team do. They are so helpful in the planning and so considerate in the execution. The job site is always kept clean and organized. I would not use anyone else for renovations; I am just working with him again on another project.

Sean was great at managing both time and budget, providing suggestions for more practical alternatives whenever necessary. I was very impressed and would recommend him as a contractor for any home projects big or small.

โ โ โ โ โ We wanted to get our back deck re-done as it was looking old and tired. We were a bit nervous about finding a contractor and along came Sean. He was wonderful! He was patient with all our questions, was honest with what needed to be done, kept all his commitments, and was very respectful of our budget. He also was very responsive and has a great sense of humour. We love our deck and will be using Sean for other renovations around the house.

โ โ โ โ โ We hired Maderaworx to finish our fireplace wall with shiplap. In current times its very hard to find a contractor that's willing to take on a small job, but Maderaworx was happy to help! They worked hard to source the highest quality material that was very hard to come by due to short supply.
On the day of install they showed up on time, got started working right away, and were very respectful in cleaning up the work areas. There was very minimal cleanup for us after.
The job was done very professional to the finest detail. The wall they were working on was not square but the end result hides all the imperfections of our old building. We love the work they did and will be using them for future projects!

Maderaworx literally came to our rescue in our quest for a contractor to prepare and construct a new fireplace on short notice. They specialize in strata work and assured us that they are fully insured and certified. We appreciated that comparatively speaking, although ours was a relatively small job, they took on our project and saw it through to a satisfying conclusion. Our experience with their team was excellent and the quality of their workmanship was first class. We highly recommend them!

โ โ โ โ โ Ten years ago Sean renovated my bathrooms and installed hardwood flooring on the main floor and they still look great. Recently, he and his crew completed a kitchen renovation for me. Sean spent several hours helping me choose cabinets, pointing out details that I wouldnโt have noticed. He also helped me choose a countertop and floor tiles and I appreciated his expertise and design sense here as well. I now have a modern, classy kitchen and I love it! In addition, he replaced the carpeting in all the rooms upstairs with vinyl flooring and replaced all the baseboards and door trims. His crew were highly skilled and the quality of their work was excellent. They were also respectful and thoughtful, a pleasure to have in my home. Work was finished on time and within budget. I definitely would hire him a third time if the need arose.
