★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the whole environment, excellent food and drinks, great service all the time up until tonight, our server Chantelle was amazing. However a very drunk customer accused her of taking a photo of his card, which she didn’t. Instead of the manager sticking up for her employee,, she was fired by her manager with not a second thought. Very displeased with this showing of poor management. Have no intentions of returning to support this poor treatment of a fantastic staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed cocktails on their patio and an early dinner this evening. The food is delicious, the service prompt, friendly and the prices reasonable. Highly recommend their signature drink, "We are all Madd here," and also the braised bison. In our party, three of four of us ordered it, and we all loved how tender it was. Our fourth ordered an appetizer... the deep fried pickles. He was delighted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love coming to Maddhatter’s. The service is always great, it’s clean and comfortable, the food is always amazing. We finally tried the Madd Bacon and it was so good! Can never go wrong with deep fried pickles… Their mushroom soup is my absolute favourite, I’ll admit it’s even better than my own home made! I love that they use so many local ingredients too. Give them a try if you haven’t already!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maddhatters is one of my favourite places to eat, I am never disappointed! I think they have the best beef dip I've ever had, along with the Caesar salad....also the best I've ever had ;)
Maddhatters serves food and drink that is grown and made locally, and the staff is always friendly. I definitely highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic restaurant with a terrific layout and a touch of class. Beautiful scenery and a pleasant atmosphere.
The food was amazing and fresh. From the deep fried pickles to the mushroom soup and juicy burger / beef dip, everything was delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved their MFC Burger with fires. The chicken was was thick and juicy. Tried their club sandwich as well. The middle bread could have been avoided. Staffs were welcoming and friendly. The place had good vibes and overall a nice experience. Proof of vaccine required for dine in.
