★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE experience. Just a simple house selling legal assistance required. I met him for a minute to initially hire him and then never saw him again despite my sale going sideways. A lein was put on my property due to a mixup with revenue Canada. This firm was notified in the morning but did not bother to tell me about this until later that evening when I could not make any inquiries except to worry. I had to call revenue Canada the next day, take time away from work and get them sort this out myself for mistaken identity. THEN he turns around and charges me EXTRA for an amount that I did not agree to for legal issues out of my control that he did not even sort out. Then he couldn't close the sale 30 minutes to the proceed deadline because he needed a real property report - which he should have had the month and a half previous - causing me to take more time off work. Then they were late giving me the proceeds of the sale after they took their extra portion and handed it to me in an envelope. When I asked the lady to see the contents of the envelope in case I had any questions she said "uh-huh". Rude front staff. She even tried to give me unsolicited legal advice when she is not a lawyer!!! But this is the only person I could do it because I never saw the lawyer again. PAY EXTRA AND GO TO ANOTHER LAWYER BECAUSE YOU WILL PAY MORE ONE WAY OR ANOTHER WITH THIS CROOK EXPERIENCE!

I left a detailed message, with my name and phone number stated twice, once at the beginning of the message and at the end. So I know if they wanted to call me back, they definitely could have.
