β β β β β I had been suffering from pain originating from the lower back and going down the right leg for 2 1/2 months. The pain changed daily, some days I could barely walk. It began to improve but got worse again so I searched google and found MacKenzie SDI. I had heard about laser therapy and mackenzie exercises and found this place has a high success rate so I booked a consultation. The first day I came in he showed me the exact problem with my spine and that I had a pinched nerve. He got started right away with the laser then did a couple things to my back. Told me to put ice on it at home if I needed relief. 2 days later all the pain was completely gone and had full mobility. I couldn't believe it. I wish I had come in earlier. They know what they are doing. Definitely worth an appointment.

β β β β β Lower back problem, Dr Mackenzie and team treated me with the laser and chiro. Lots of sciatica pain. After 6 weeks of treatment and 13 sessions plus exercises from the kinesiologist I feel great and I feel I am able to do more adl. Definitely recommend

β β β β β My experience here has been very good and welcoming. Before coming here I had really bad migraine headache and lower back pain. It was very heard to focus on doing my work. But since I started my treatments with laser my days have improved a lot. Iβm very thankful to have come across this clinic and I would like to thank them for improving my life.

β β β β β I was experiencing severe sciatica from a bulging disc in lower lumbar region. The pain was unbearable at times and made walking difficult drastically changing my quality of life. Missing work and many days spent resting in bed or on the couch until I found Dr. Mackenzie and made an appointment for a free consultation. It helps if you have past imagining reports and can provide as much history as possible however he does have the ability to do digital X-rays on site which is great! Treatment began immediately with cold laser therapy, chiropractic adjustments and spinal decompression. I soon realized I was in good hands with his team of professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I write this on day 15 of my treatment and can honestly say I have my quality of life back again and thinking I might need surgery is no longer an option at this point. You must understand that this is not your typical chiropractic practice as Dr. Mackenzie has sophisticated and expensive equipment to manage and focus on getting you well not to mention he has over 50 years of experience. Treatments are more expensive for this reason and you must be patient and disciplined in attending your treatments while the healing is taking place. I also highly suggest getting a lumbar support brace which is covered by most extended medical insurers and you must wear it as suggested by Dr. Mackenzie and his staff, it helps in the healing process! Thanks again to Dr. Mackenzie and his team for a job well done and giving me a quality of life again!

β β β β β I injured my right knee a few years back and tried a number of things to help with pain and stability. Physiotherapy, acupuncture massage therapy are a few and nothing was helping. I couldnβt run, walking was painful even with a brace. I felt completely hopeless. Then I came across an advertisement for Knee laser therapy. I decided to give it a try. I believe it took a few sessions before I really felt a difference but by the end of my treatment plan I was 90% better. Since then Iβve been Able to get back to the gym, yoga and walking my dog with no pain. with exercising my knee it continues to get stronger. I am so incredibly happy with my personal outcome as well as all the staff. I would recommend Mackenzie SDI 100%. Thank you dr Mackenzie and your wonderful staff.

β β β β β I had left leg sciatica pain for more than 2 years. I was doing almost 0 activity, difficulty walking standing sitting and even sleeping was horrible. I did the spinal decompression therapy for 20 sessions and that was a life changer for me.
I was losing hope. I got passed around to see so many different specialists and got 0 help or solution.
After 3 months I am back to normal, I have finally returned to work after a year and half and
I feel so great and I am so happy. I can once more enjoy quality time with my family. Thank you dr. Mackenzie and team for helping me out.
Def recommend this place, and staff is really helpful and amazing.

β β β β β I came to see Dr. Mackenzie five years after having spinal surgery. I had reduced function and constant pain in my back and arms. I had exhausted all other treatment options. Through spinal decompression, laser therapy and chiropractic treatments Dr. Mackenzie and his team have significantly improved my quality of life. I am practically pain free and have regained much of my functionality. I found Dr. Mackenzie easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and then developed an appropriate treatment plan for me. The staff are all very attentive and made my visits stress free. The care and attention I received was exceptional and I would not hesitate to highly recommend Dr. Mackenzie to anyone.

β β β β β In winter 2021 I started experiencing lasting back pain resonating into my leg and buttock which made me almost immobile. The x-ray and CT scan showed that a bulging disk was pressing the nerve resulting in pain. I tried acupuncture, massage therapy, steroid muscle shots, and nothing seemed helping me. After exercising all those options for 5 months, I came to see Dr. MacKenzie. They assessed my condition, and made a treatment plan for 25 sessions. I felt relief after a couple of weeks, but continued through the entire treatment time. After each session Dr. MacKenzie personally did assessment to make adjustments with the treatment. I really appreciate what has been at SDI, my life is back. I can go hiking and biking. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff for personal approach every single session, the warm and positive atmosphere in the office. It was very easy to do all bookings and rescheduling of the treatment sessions considering the busy life we all have.
