β β β β β I have been extremely fortunate in having Dr. Ng as my dentist for the past 10 years. There have been some very challenging issues with my teeth, gums and oral health due to my age and previous dental work. He has always been there for me with excellent ideas/options and not forgetting the expense factor. He is great to communicate with and has been available when I needed him. His direction, instructions and support is amazing. I could not have found a better dentist and highly recommend him to anyone wanting the best in dental care!

β β β β β He is the best dentist for anyone and everyone! I came to Dr. Ng after having such a bad experience with a dentist that I literally cried thinking of going to the dentist. He was the third one I had tried and was recommended to see him from someone who also had anxiety about the dentist until seeing him. I honestly can not say enough good things about him. I was so nervous and he was amazing with me and made me feel like I got any dignity back. He also ended up correcting the crack that had been causing me pain (that the other two dentists missed!). On top of that, he also skipped his lunch when I mixed up the time which was completely my own fault and was very kind considering I was nervous about the treatment and would have hated postponing it. Heβs also just generally such a delightful person. Iβve never met a dentist before who has that much personality given the short time you can typically talk to them and who also cares about their patients. He checks in on you lots and makes you feel like youβre completely in control of your body and the choices you make. Love love love this office. I already travel out of the city I live in to see him and joke to everyone that I would travel out of province. If youβre looking for a new dentist (and even if youβre not!) I recommend checking his office out.

β β β β β As much as anyone can love going to the dentist I do love going here. Matthew and his crew are professional, caring and efficient.
Can't imagine going elsewhere.
And he does have a good sense of humour! Pass the Medicine Ball!!

β β β β β Dr. Ng is an awesome dentist. I saw him for the first time a few days ago and thought I needed an extraction or root canal but he was able to find another non invasive way to fix the problem and I am so grateful. He even took time to send me a follow up email to see how I was doing after. He has excellent bedside manner, he is calm, funny, and very respectful and kind. He helped greatly put my fears at ease. His staff are excellent as well and very kind. I was so nervous to see a new dentist since I have had the same dentist since I was little but because we moved I couldn't see my original dentist anymore but I am confident I found a good new replacement. I will definitely be bringing my family to Dr. Ng's in the future. If you're nervous with dentists or are looking for a new dentist, Dr. Ng is your guy.

β β β β β I live in Vancouver and I go all the way to Coquitlam just to see Dr. Ng and his staff! I just love his office! His staff are wonderful! I did not get her name, but she got me booked in in the evening even though they were fully booked by moving an appointment around for me.
Teeth cleaning isn't painful like it used to be (thanks Jody!) and Dr. Ng is so so so friendly and funny :)

β β β β β What can I say about Dr. Ng and his staff, first off they are inviting and welcoming and very professional. When you meet the doctor he is kind and compassionate and extremely thorough. Explains every aspect of the procedure ,the cost and the outcome. Not only does he care about your well-being but he followed up and checked on me the next day after my procedure . He is quite possibly the kindest doctor and example of what a healthcare provider should be. I can't give a high enough rating for Dr.Ng and for people that are scared to go to the dentist he is truly one of a kind ,I suggest you try him and his team if you have any fears about dentistry.
