β β β β β My child had a lot of dental anxiety until we met Dr. Louise Chen. She is so gentle with kids. If you are looking for an outstanding dentist I highly recommend Ridgeway Dental excellent service and super friendly staff.

β β β β β I had an excellent experience with Dr Kent. He was very gentle and thorough. He explained everything before proceeding with my treatment and did not rush me into any procedures that were not urgently needed. The staff were amazing as well. A comfortable and friendly clinic I highly recommend.

β β β β β Ridgeway Dental is a very exceptional dental office. The office is spacious, clean, modern and has all the up to date technology in dentistry. The staff are so friendly, patient and considerate to each individual patients needs and concerns. The team really take their time to listen to you giving you the sense that they really care about you as a whole person not just another person walking through the door. My older son (11) had some anxiety with needles and Dr.Kent was able to ease my sons concerns and now he no longer worries if he needs a filling. This has also eased so much anxiety for me as a mother. I have nothing but positive things to say about Ridgeway Dental and would recommend them to any looking for a new dentist for themselves or their children.

I have had many dental problems in the past couple of years, and consequently, I've visited many dentists during this time. You can go to Dr. Kent knowing that you are trusting the most professional, expert and caring doctor you could possibly find in Canada. Even though it is a half-an-hour commute for me to go from Vancouver to Ridgeway Dental, it is TOTALLY worth it!!!!
I had two teeth removed in the past six months (one in Cambie & Broadway Dental in Vancouver and the recent one with Dr. Kent) and I can't even begin to compare the two experiences!!! The first one was a 5 hour painful and traumatic experience and the second one was an hour procedure that I went shopping in the afternoon of it!!!!
You will save yourself from spending a lot of money, time, and enduring discomfort and pain by visiting Ridgeway Dental!

β β β β β This dental office is great! They helped me a lot when I needed emergency dental work. They were accommodating and flexible to my schedule! The whole team at Ridgeway Dental are very nice and thorough throughout my time there with them! I would recommend going to their office.

β β β β β Amazing staff and experience! I've been to this dental office 2 times this year and both times, I've had an amazing experience. Dentists and dental hygienists are very knowledgeable, gentle and efficient. They were great at explaining what they were doing, and keeping me calm. The receptionist, Trinh is very friendly, professional and accommodating! Definitely will be coming back for years to come!

Dr. Louise Chen was gentle and explained thoroughly with all the treatments sheβs doing to me. Sheβs very professional and knowledgeable. I was really satisfied with my every visit so far and will continue to be for sure!!

β β β β β Dr. Chen did an amazing job fixing my dadβs front teeth. My dadβs bridge in the front came off so he was missing front teeth and was in pain. My dad was a bit anxious with the treatment process but Dr. Chen was very patient with him and the process went smoothly. He was made at ease by Dr. Chenβs gentle care during the 3 visits. My dad is very happy with his new front teeth now.
Friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend Dr. Chen to anyone looking for a new dentist.
