★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small park with lots of trees, a small ravine and a small playground. The biggest detractor is the access; it is surrounded by Canada Way and condo buildings. I came by foot on Canada Way and I don't think you can access it through Kincaid Street or park a vehicle nearby.
