Within 3 hours it was fixed with all the information stored in the phone still intact. The guy was friendly and my sister is now happy! I would come here again if I need anything else to be fixed.

β β β β β I recently took my Nexus 4 phone to Cellphone Repair in Richmond BC. My phone had become unusable after upgrading to Android Lollipop (5.0), none of the Google apps worked. He was able to backup the data I had and install the latest version of Android on it. My phone works like new now.
Excellent customer service and quick repair at an affordable price. Will definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs cell phone repairs.

β β β β β I came in thinking I needed a new microphone for my cell phone. I walked out 5 mins later with my phones mic cleaned and working properly at no charge!! Amazing service and the owner is a gentleman.

β β β β β They did a great job of fixing my galaxy s7 screen I had a chip in the screen for a long time but then last week a black bar appeared and was blocking most of my screen tthey were supper fast and really helpful. I got there at the end of the day on Saturday they took it in fixed it and they got it back to me Monday afternoon really good work it feels like a brand new phone!

Patient and helpful explanation of what I needed to know about my new phone and getting me up and running. Purchased a case and screen protector which he also installed right away. Highly recommended.

β β β β β I bought a used LG Google Nexus 5 from this gentleman nearly 3 months ago and the phone is doing great. I told him I wanted a phone between $100 - $150 with a warranty. He didn't try to push the phone on me and was so helpful that he went online and showed me where I could get new phones for that price at Best Buy. I went home and researched those other phones and found out I'd be getting at least twice the phone/features/quality for the same amount of money regardless there wasn't a "warranty." Anyway, he's my repair guaranty if anything goes wrong with it. He even called back the next day to check if all was going well with the phone. That's great customer service!
