★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, I was very skeptical about getting my MacBook Pro fixed at Mac Computing instead of the Apple Store. My machine was declared vintage recently so I had no other choice. However, Mac Computing’s customer service and professionalism set the bar HIGHER than the standard Genius Bar. Once the repair process started, I got regular messages from the technician and was always aware of what was going on with my machine. Total turnaround time was less that 24hrs including the process of ordering and receiving a vintage part.
From now on, I would highly recommend anyone in need of repairs, to consider Mac Computing instead of the Apple Store based on turnaround time, customer care and professionalism. Especially, if you value your time.

Andy went the extra mile to offer me superb service in every respect: informative, attentive, eminently professional, courteous, and speedy–and it's super close for NDG folks and others nearby. Saved me the stress of being among the impersonal swarm of Apple minions and customers at the Genius Bar downtown. I'm so happy to have discovered MAC Computing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had (still technically have) water damaged my computer, i was told by Apple to come here and i’m very satisfied. They guided me in the right direction in regards to what i should do with my old computer. In my case I bought a new Macbook and got my data transferred. My experience was great, fair pricing, professional, friendly service, despite my constant questions and phone calls.
They made an otherwise extremely stressful situation for me really easy to deal with. They were super reassuring and did exactly what need to be done. I recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every once in a while you fall upon an angel who fully understands the problem you are having and then simply fixes it. If you every have issues with a MAC - don't hesitate to pay these guys a visit. Fully backed by the Apple company, these guys simply UNDERSTAND the MAC. The guys are professionals, meticulous and attentive to the very smallest of details that can completely change your MAC experience. There is no other alternative anywhere in this city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible service. I initially called asking if it was OK to bring in my apple computer, and they laid out to me exactly how they follow all of Apple's procedures.
I came in with a broken screen. Immediately once they got the part (one business day) they fixed my computer within 2 hours. They informed me right away. They also followed up a couple days after I got my laptop back to make sure all was still good. i hope my devices don't break again - but if they do, I will be sure to come back.

I brought the computer in in the morning, and true to form Andy had it ready for me 24 hours later. The very personal attention given to clients makes this company stand out, and it's so appreciated. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service when needing a repair done last minute. Andy helped reduce my 'separation anxiety' as I just started the school semester and my computer needed repairing. They were professional throughout the entire process and kept me up to date with details such as when the parts were delivered, and explained to me what needed to be done. Highly recommend them to anyone for any apple computer issues!
