M	Michael Konar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mac & PC Repair replaced the original 1TB HDD on my 2010 iMac and updated it with a WD 1TB Solid State Drive. Worthy upgrade as the HDD was running hard and the drive was failing. The new hard-drive is noiseless and that's a plus in itself. Mac & PC Repair did a fast swap and it was ready on the same day for a decent price. I would recommend this store to others.

All other places quoted me multiple business days and Mac & PC Repair Depot had same-day fixing! I dropped it off at 3:00 PM and picked it up by 5:00! I took the Dell to a local Tim Horton's and it also would not connect to their free WiFi. I searched the internet for computer repairs near me. After going to a couple of repair places who would not replace the WiFi adapter, I brought the Dell to the owner, Kudzai Kashiri of Mac & PC Repair Depot based on his years in service and the majority of the 4 to 5 star reviews. He was able to connect the Dell to his network. I told him that there are 3 other computers in my house that are able to connect (wirelessly). He performed a removal and re-installation of the WiFi adapter and updated it. I paid him a reasonable fee for his time and returned home to test the Dell. It still wouldn't connect. I unplugged the Bell modem waited 20 seconds and re-plugged it into the wall outlet. The Dell automatically reconnected to my network. Strange. Regardless, Kudzai was instrumental in getting the Dell updated and hopefully, it was a lesson learned on knowing when to update Dell's hardware and clearing the issues between the Bell modem and the Dell WiFi adapter.
R	RJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told me to come by his shop to help me fix my laptop and to do an on site diagnosis . And then when I arrived he tells me to drop of my laptop at the neighbouring store. He is not at the store and went to “an emergency for a client”. How does the owner of this business expect me to just drop my laptop to someone else when I haven’t even met himself yet. Unprofessional towards customers and clearly takes customers as a joke.

My laptop(HP) had some water damage and was supposedly fixed by other repairs stores and within a week or so it would be unable to turn on. I took it to this place to get it fixed right before I left for school and asked if I could get it fixed before I went. He fixed it for a great price and on time. I wasn't sure if I was gonna have the same problems again but my laptop has been working perfect for over half a year now. The guy is super nice and reliable , I would recommend him to anyone.

P	Peter Masson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found that my HP laptop which has had no previous issues presented me with a blue screen recently. Scheduled Zoom calls were to take place the next day. I took it to Kudzai and left it with him on April 11th in the morning and he had repaired and ready by noon the next day. Obviously it was a software glitch but he delivered quickly and for a very reasonable cost. Thanks Kudzai, that saved a lot of pain from rescheduling my life.
