★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mabel Lake Resort is a wonderful piece of paradise. We have stayed there for the last four years. This year we stayed in cabin 5A, the view of the lake is breath taking and the cabins have been updated with new beds, cabinets, siding and new big windows. We rented kayaks one morning and that was awesome. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and we can't wait to be back there again next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great family spot, with a nice (smaller) sandy beach and Lake area. Boat rental options at the marina were excellent, and campground had good facilities (hot showers, laundry, playground, fire wood, store, ice cream shop, etc.) Layout of site probably better for trailers than tents. Also, there is NO cellular service in the whole area, very limited wifi just at the store, but for us this made a great disconnected holiday. Golf course was good, and pickle ball courts too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful lake, beautiful scenery. Staff were great. The store was well stocked. The cantine was ran well and sold a variety of expected items. The only downside is the dirt roads and dirt camping sites. No gravel, no grass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful location. We rented a cabin here which wasn't the cleanest when we arrived. I had to remove a dead mouse from the bathroom. However the cabin is as close to the lake water as one can get. Step out four front door into the boat and off fish we go! All the staff were helpful and friendly. I'll be back to do it all again sometime soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t have a chance to stay as I booked maybe a month ago for this upcoming week.
Called today and had to cancel as my dog (12 pound pug and the cutest) had a pancreatic attack. She was on the reservation with me as we are a team.
Yes I know the cancellation policy but as a camper of many years, most places are accommodating if they can rent out again. Pretty sure they will rent out the spot.
If your there this weekend and someone in site 16 - tell them to ask for a discount.
As a fellow business owner I am glad it only cost me $260.00 to find out the way they operate their moral compass. I will gladly make sure I tell all my clients in my 22 year business how well they understood and tried to assist.
Certainly not family owned. Never been and never will go. And will make sure that I give a lot more in bad press than the 260.00 they got from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Golf course is a hidden gem, from the beautifully groomed course to the great meal offerings and the sheer layout was all awe inspiring. We played 3 rounds on the same day. All the staff were very courteous and pleasantly professional.
