Have a 2018 mustang. Came for a small dent $800 they charged left with $2500 in paint damage and apparently one day while your at the shop, paint damage can happen out of nowhere.

I was shopping around to get my whole vehicle painted. I was happy I went with Macco. Good value, excellent work and awesome staff. Thanks

Maaco Langley has always been very helpful and did an excellent job on some paint work on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I highly recommend!

Wow, worst place to get your car repaint, I paid 3800.00 to get my car done, look at the pics, the front driver fender was over sprayed to the touch and sight, I paid 400.00 to set up a back camera, the backing camera can't see what's behind, they scratched mostly of my chrome, they sprayed the back license area over a sticker about 1/8" thick without removed it. Break my spoiler at the driver side where bolt is, the 2 passenger doors was poorly sprayed, and it is a going on list of messing it. Send an email to kevin Franz owner and left car to be fix. Result; he polished the car to cover-up the bad job, and back licences area fixed and front bumper passenger light area fixed with a paint brush, wow , minus 5 stars will be welcome about Maaco paint shop, never again ! Please zoom the few pictures of all to see better. I believe he doesn't have a good sprayer and he should fire the guys as I suggested. I have added a few pictures today, not all of them but a few more to show how bad job this place does on your car. Lately requested owner email to share legal papers as I am obligated by law but no response from this place at least yet but will not expect anything from them but court claim will do what is necessary

Scummy. The work they did was good, the new scratches were not good. I also like to take pictures of what my car was like before it goes to the shop, on the lot. I showed him my pictures of the spot with no damage, and the damage which is clearly new, and wrapping under the panels they took off. Managers response: "take it to civil" Wow like civil Court? No dude just cover the damage you did. It's going to cost me MORE than what you fixed scummy

Precursor: I am not in the business of posting poor reviews for the sake of complaining, but i feel in this case it is necessary. I am an industrial Painter and manager by trade as well have extensive experience in automotive mechanics and body work. My truck was in the process of being restored and prior to arriving at Maaco. I had already blasted and sprayed my frame, installed a new truck bed and near new fenders. I did some minor bodywork to ensure the known areas of corrosion were sealed removed all badges and decals and did not require anything inside my door jambs to be coated. I got a quote for an entire paint job from top to bottom on the exterior for around $5500 dollars. I did not have the time for the final filling and do not own a spray booth hence the reason I brought it in. The initial quote was supposed to take a week to complete. I was not in the lower mainland and travel is necessary. At the end of the first week i returned ( with no communication on Maaco's part whatsoever) to see the progress. There was none. I reiterated that i need my truck for work and asked how much longer, another WEEK was added. so i wasted a travel day and my valuable time. At the end of the next week ( with no more communication from Macco unless i called numerous times) i came to finally pick up my truck at closing on the second Friday. Here is what i was greeted with. I could see the overspray all over my frame ( that i just painted ) before i even hit the parking lot, i was able to get over that as I needed my truck back ASAP. The following i noticed shortly after: -overspray on the entirety of my frame perimeter, overspray on all 4 of my New Fuel wheels, overspray on my bed liner sides and bed, my rear mudflaps had not been removed at all so there was zero paint behind them, there was no sanding done on my front fender wells and old flaking paint was just coated right over, my turn signals were not reinstalled ( i did not know this until i got an oil change and it was discovered) dirty handprints all over my interior, neither bumpers were removed or masked so there is paint all over the backside, insides of my tailgate were not painted, coated masking tape still on my windshield seal, while cleaning a worker must have sprayed my ( new $1100) stereo head unit directly with cleaner as it has not worked since and is in the shop for moisture damage, adhesive used to reinstall my window switches on my doors poured down the handle, 2 runs on my hood, light paint on my left fender just to name a few, there are other details i am leaving out but you get the picture. As I already had the entire truck torn apart for rebuilding I am very aware what it looked and functioned like prior to bringing it in. I came in the day after ( with the deficiencies i noticed right away ) and the owner refunded me $500. This was appreciated at the time. upon noticing the rest it should have been an entire re-spray and detail or around $2000 refund. I have stewed on making this review for a while now as it is not indicative of my normal Character but to post anything but positivity. In my professional opinion, this is all a matter of pure laziness, no proper supervision and i cannot believe this would be allowed to go out the door for $5500. As the pictures show this is not a matter of a disgruntled customer who expected a 10k paint job for 5k. I did expect professionalism, communication and at the very least someone to go over my truck prior to it leaving the shop. At my shop i would have fired employees for this, but i do not believe this is the fault of just one individual. I have already spent 20 plus hours doing overspray cleaning and touchups that I paid good money for. "quality is not an act it is a habit" signed very frustrated customer.

I recently moved here from Alberta and my van failed the Out of Province inspection due to a rust patch on the rear quarter panel. Most of the Auto Body shops I contacted wouldn’t fix rust. Maaco fixed it faster than expected for the minimum cost they quoted me. They warned me it may not be a perfect paint match, but I honestly don’t see any indication that the work was done - the repair blends perfectly. On top of that, I was planning on walking after drop off and to go pick up my van, but 2 separate employees offered to drive me both times. Excellent, honest customer service paired with exceptional skill in the repair made this as easy a process as possible.

Do not get anything painted at this business. Where to start, I brought in two bare metal fenders with the simple ask of paint matching a non-metallic black. This is pretty much the easiest ask a paint shop could get, hardly any prep, no blending, etc. yet they managed to screw it up. I came in the pick them up the first time and immediately noticed either dust or air bubbles all along the outward face of one of the fenders as well as some paint runs. To note I had to come in to inspect them as this glaring issue wasn't caught by anyone else. The following day I come to pick them up again, regretfully I needed them for the weekend so I just paid my bill and left, to their credit the bubbles on the outside were fixed. Upon closer inspection at home there are paint chips in multiple places, more paint runs, scratches, missing clearcoat, dust painted over, you name it. I repeat do not take anything to this shop you will regret it.
