We bought a sectional with ottoman on Dec. 26, 2014. As per the Sales Rep, she said that sectional will be delivered on Sunday but the ottoman might be around first week of January 2015. We understood so the sectional was delivered on Dec. 28th. First week of January passed but no ottoman. I called twice after that, one lady told me she was not sure when as it was up to the manufacturer, the other said maybe Feb 14th and the Sales Rep said she was not sure but will call me back. She did but still no definite answer until now! My other complain is that when the sectional was delivered on Dec 26th, at first we could not attached them both together properly so I called customer service about it and was told that they will send a service rep to fix/attached it for us. Yes, they called back today, January 18, 2015, almost a month after I called!!! It took you guys to get back to us that I already forgot about it as we have already attached it ourselves.One more thing about the delivery, the 3 guys just asked me where I would like it, put it in the floor, asked me to sign the delivery papers and left, all in about less than 10 minutes. The Sales Rep earlier told ys that the person/s who will deliver will help us unwrap, help us put the sectional together and take take the trash. Nothing of this kibd was done. I also called about this and I was told that they don't normally do it, which was fine with us unless we were advised by the Sales Rep ( she was kind of nice though) of this extra service, which would have been great. Having said all these, I am greatly disappointed of the customer service and getting frustrated with very late delivery of the ottoman ( not yet in, by the way). Very inefficient and very poor, customer service and I will not recommend people to go to Brick or the the Langley brach in particular!!!
