She’s always willing to accommodate your schedule if she can and will not hesitate to fix your lashes if you don’t like them or if there’s any spot she can improve on. It’s always a lovely time working with her and she’s always so patient and down to earth even if I’m asking her to re-do the tape/eye pads every 10 minutes. Only complaint is that the massage beds are super uncomfortable. Fills are better but your back will hurt if you’re there for your full set

She is constantly perfecting her trade to offer her clients amazing lashes and how to properly maintain them, and offers amazing instruction for those who have the same passion for this art. She truly is an incredible person and to see someone so passionate about the work she does is outstanding !

Her lash work is meticulous, beautiful and most importantly genuine. She does a thorough consultation with you to determine what look/style will be best for you. She truly cares about the health of your lashes and longevity of each of her sets.
She explains everything that she is doing before she does it and while she does it. There is no guesswork with Laura, you feel taken care of the entire time. Laura has won mulitiple lash competitions as lel as taken many educational courses.
Not only does she do a great job at the studio, she provides you with the proper aftercare instructions to make sure your lashes stay beautiful until your next appointment.
She is kind, understanding, patient, and good-humoured. I greatly enjoy our conversations during my appointments.
I truly feel blessed to have her as a lash artist now and for all my future appointments!

Laura is extremely talented and is always working towards improving her skills. She is such a wonderful, kind and genuine person; I have really enjoyed getting to know her.
