I bought an incubator from them, after doing a quick inspection we started to collect eggs which took about a week. We put our eggs in the incubator and waited the normal 21 days. Only about half the chicks hatched and the poor little ones did :( got scalped by the fan inside the incubator. Clearly their product is defective and should have been designed differently... (really they probably just drop shipping stuff they've never used).
I contacted them about what happened and they told me to add a screen. When I asked for a refund they told me the 30 window had passed. Lol of course it passed unless the stars aligned, it's going to take most people more than 30 days to chicks hatched (and scalped).
DO NOT DEAL with this company.
**edit per there response about contacting them, this was bought through amazon and sold by them. When I contacted them it was Ma poule express.... Again do not deal with this company.
