He is patient and kind and he responds to all my questions very well. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I am beyond grateful for all that he has done! Thank you Doc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret not meeting you in person Dr. Ma because i have had a bad experienced with your two receptionist especially that small indian lady (i don't know her name). This is regarding my appointment with you two or three weeks ago that was cancelled without my knowledge. Instead of her being apologetic and accommodating i think i deserved a little respect and compassion from her (i waited two to three hours though) rather than being so defensive about the incident. Besides i worked nights and i had no sleep yet that day.
I do believe that you are a kind and excellent cardiologist based on the reviews i read. My rate for that indian lady is 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ma has been very kind and helpful, for which I would give a five star. However, one of the receptionists is extremely rude and disrespectful. I had bad experience every time I spoke with her over the phone. She is lack of empathy and patience and she constantly cuts me off while I was talking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctor. I'm sorry but the 3 out of 5 stars are because of the receptionist. Too bad she's so rude and has no respect or compassion. She has no phone etiquette and constantly calls female patients Ma'am but in a very arrogant and patronizing way, not respectful way at all, kind of like artificially trying to compensate for her rudeness by calling women Ma'am.
