★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat decided to break my Macbook Pro screen and spill a full glass of water on my keyboard a day before my assignment was due to make sure I don't hand in my assignment on time. I called a few shops desperate to get a liquid damage repair and a screen repair done the same day but most shops thought I was crazy for having such expectations and they were mostly rude to me. I decided to call Montreal Macbook Repair which barely had any reviews and I was spectical until I spoke to them and right off the start I could tell Heitz was a very caring person. He came and picked up my Macbook in an hour. Replaced my screen, replaced my keyboard, repaired my logic board which had corrosion on and replaced my battery at no extra cost. He dropped it off after couple of hours right before the curfew. I just could not believe the level of service I recieved! Its been 2 weeks and my mac is running as if nothing ever happened to it. I am very grateful. I highly recommend going to them for all your Macbook repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mid term season and I closed my mac on my headphone cable. So it broke! I called a few places to get a price for my M1 macbook screen, and after chatting with Heitz I decided to go with him. It was much cheaper than Apple and it was done very quickly compare to 3 weeks of waiting for Apple. He is also a very knowledgeable and trustworthy mac expert. I recommend him to anyone.

I can't even begin to describe the level of professionalism, knowledge and care that Heitz puts into his repairs. I came in for liquid spill damage on my keyboard and I got it back quickly and completely good as new. He very clearly knows what he is doing and is very trustworthy and honest. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like a lot of people, I need my laptop every day, so when it went out of commission a few months after a water spill, it was a big disruption. The apple store's quote for fixing this was kind of bonkers, and would have taken them over a week. So, we got a few quotes from others. Heitz was so quick, detailed, and open about the specifics of what was needed for the repair. Very knowledgeable, and very kind. The final cost ended up being less than half of what apple would have charged – their protocols required replacing things that weren't actually damaged – and it was done in less than a day. Thank you so much, Heitz, you're awesome! Definitely my new go-to for computer repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice service! I absolutely love small independent repair shops like this. Got my battery changed, anti-glare removed and all cleaned for a very reasonable price. Heitz has a super flexible schedule so I was able to have everything done in the same morning which was important since I live far from Montreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars all the way!!! I have a mid-2012 Macbook Pro Retina and needed a battery replacement (and cleanup). Heitz took very good care of my laptop and now the computer runs flawlessly. First I provided my own battery (bought on Ebay) but unfortunately my battery was not working properly so they replaced it with an Apple certified battery instead and that did the trick. Waited only an hour on location for the work to be done and although I had to buy this new battery (that M.M.R. provided), Heitz installed the second battery at no extra labour cost. Very honest people there, thanks again for the awesome service!
