β β β β β This store sells products that have been frozen for years prior. I bought a dessert pack, to use for the holidays. I just opened it and found the product completely freezer burned and falling apart. I tried to eat a little of the one that looked the best and got sick. I contacted them based off of the guarantee printed on the box, and the woman over the phone was rude and said that products arenβt good for over 30 days. I asked when there wasnβt an expiry stating this, and she said the numbers printed on the box was in a Juillian calendar and that according to her the number stated it was made in December of 2018, it was bought in 2020 ? no wonder why I got sick. They refused to assist me at all. Iβve contacted m&m and they donβt answer the phone.

β β β β β Very helpful, with added suggestions. I avoid the one on 8th st., argumentative over inedible food. Travel many miles to shop at the outlet on the way to Biggar highway.
Heavy boxes are carried out to my trunk. Excellent service !! It was suggested that maybe sugarless desserts might be added.
