★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ramsay painting approached two of our painters on a job site, offered them a small raise if they immediately quit working for us and join their team. I understand it is a competitive labour market, but we are a student painting company and they claim to be professional. The two painters they poached from us have 6-8 weeks of exterior painting experience and next to 0 interior painting experience. Not only did this cut our painting crew from 4 down to 2 in the middle of a project, leaving us out to dry, but they are charging their customers for a professional experience. Very poor way to run a business, and if I were a client I would be very un happy to know that I have painters working on my project with little to no experience
