We purchased 3 Delavan pumps to try them. The pumps overheated and failed in less than 3 months use. When we contacted them to pursue a warranty claim, they were difficult to deal with, putting the responsibility for dealing with the manufacturer on us. We wanted to return the pumps, but were told we would need to pay for the shipping--to Canada, for the pumps to then be shipped to the manufacturer in the U.S. We gave up and threw away the failed pumps. It was not so much the needless work in the process to file a warranty claim as it was their indifference in helping us with the claim.

Good company, but do not ever buy a Udor Zeta pump from anyone. We tried four of them for our softwash business. We could not get through ONE DAY without one of them failing. Rittenhouse tried to help and was great in getting us replacement parts, but the Udor pumps were a disaster. Udor did not honor the warranty published on their distributors websites and tried to blame the failures on us. We replaced them with Comet P40s and have not had a single failure.

I was looking for a sprayer replacement part that no other companies could find (or cared to try). Finally Chris Pearson spent a week searching for it and sourced it for me. The piece didn’t even have a part number to reference but he found it anyway. Great customer service, selection and shipping.

I ordered something early in June and they took my payment saying it would be 10 business days. Well about 20 business days later, not a word about what is going on. I contacted them and they say they learned a few days ago it might be another few weeks!?! For some reason they never bothered to tell me this and I had to contact them to find out what is going on. I said they need to explain what happened and why they never updated me or I would leave negative reviews online to which they replied "we don't respond to threats". Not sure how asking for an explanation of their poor business practices was a threat but I was disappointed by such a ridiculous response from someone in the wrong.

I called the staff earlier to get some information on my order. The lady on the call was super rude and kept going in a circle without providing necessary information. She hung up on me and then called my work place to complain about my rude behavior. UNREAL. We would never make any purchase again from this place for any of our facilities throughout the provinces. Worst customer service!

I had a very similar experience to the recent reviewer Craig Wilson. Placed an order in mid-June for an item that was said to be in stock on their website. Received an email right away from a customer service rep saying the item was actually back ordered and would take 10 business days - fair enough, no problem. Then a month went by with no updates whatsoever, so I emailed the customer service rep who originally told me about the back order asking if there was an update. After no response to my email for a week, I called their customer service line. The person I spoke to said the original customer service rep was busy but would call right back (I guess no other customer service reps there could help me?). Two days went by without a call back, so I emailed customer service again. Still no response. I have now emailed yet again requesting a refund. Delays in delivery are completely understandable, especially in these times. Being ignored despite multiple attempts at getting an update, however, is unacceptable. I will not be doing business with Rittenhouse again.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Toni! Toni contacted me about a product I had been looking for, for a few weeks. She saw my post on facebook looking for something and contacted me asking if I was still looking for the item, as she could get some in within 24 hours. Toni ordered one for me and a few others for the group and had said if it didn't fit I could take it back. Thankfully it fit! I couldn't be happier with the product or Toni! She put in time and effort to reach out to me and get in a product that was hard to come by. Had it in withjn less than 24 hours and I was able to stop in on my lunch to pick it up.Thank you so much!!
