I called M&J based on google reviews and they were excellent! Tanner and his colleague diagnosed the problem right away (roots in the septic system). They were efficient, clean, and very professional. I am so glad we called M&J to fix what could have been a real disaster!

I was very pleased when one of M&J's plumbers had it fixed in under 2 hrs. and no digging. I continue to rely on them. Matt Girard, owner, is a genuinely decent guy. You will be impressed with him and his great plumbing crew.

They explained what we needed (turns out our well bladder was the the main issue, not what we even thought) and the owner Matt came to our house after hours and installed. The prices are very fair, staff extremely knowledgeable and they explained things in a way that non-plumbers can understand. The payment system is super easy and a call that I would normally dread making or hate seeing the invoice for... turned out to be a great experience! 10/10 would recommend! Very satisfied customer.

He came quickly, and was maybe the sweetest human on earth? He worked efficiently, indentiying and resolving the issue in an hour. I highly recommend this company. As someone who moved to Peterborough a couple years ago, I don't have a vast network of solid contractors. It was so great to have such a positive experience with a this service provider.

First leak caught by contractor while attending secondary installation and other after plumber left. Called owner to have repaired of which he attended to right away but was obviously enraged. Told me equipment old and needed replacement of which was current and maintained by Culligan. Matt the ownerdid adjust billing for overcharged hrs but was very intimidating and offense even when spoke to afterwards. Very unprofessional it is not necessary to be defensive but courteous understanding goes along way. Update account was sent into collections as retribution for bad review after he was paid, was paid within 5 business days of service. Unexceptable fraudulent unbelievabl. This behavior is not only unprofessional but illegal.
