★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the time of an accident my vehicle was towed to Lyon’s, since than I have used them several times & most recently in another accident. Have dealt with both Brian & John & they are both exceptional. Rental was provided and stress free. Location is convenient as well. Lyon’s isn’t one of the preferred shops recommended by insurance but are very reputable & have been in business for a long time. My insurance company had said they were also reasonable. Thank you very much. Of course, the tow truck driver will take you to the shop they deal with. If your not going with their company, they can charge you storage fees until you deal with insurance. So know where you want to get your vehicle fixed for hassle free. People need to ask questions to be more informative. I have never taken my car to one of the preferred shops. Thanks again Brian

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
My insurance company warned me not to go with Lyon's and I gave this company the benefit of the doubt as the tow driver, Karam who moved my vehicle to the collision reporting center then to their yard was courteous.
BIGGEST MISTAKE.
I found damages in my vehicle interior and along the driver-side door.
It was clear that they had issues accessing my vehicle so they attempted to pry it open.
There is no shred of care or diligence with handling their client's property.
Furthermore, if they had issues with accessing a customer's vehicle wouldn't it be common sense to contact the customer?
Also, they held my vehicle hostage for a week even after I signed a Release form.
My insurance company and their preferred tow vendor had attempted to contact them multiple times.
They will dodge any and all communications to bill the insurance company more.
If you like incurring damages, loss in time, money, and enjoy stress proceed with Lyon's.
FYI fellow customers: If your vehicle needs to be towed proceed with CAA Towing, sign up for their membership it's affordable or just have your vehicle towed directly to your home. Avoid the headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got into a fender bender situation and Allstate insurance recommended these guys here. Kelvin made it such an easy process.
He called me when the materials were ready. Took my car in, gave me a rental (2020 Hyundai Elantra) and in about a week my car was ready for pick up!
Kelvin was generous enough to fix my car door as well! My door literally had duct tape on it because the lock wouldn’t latch and he took initiative to fix it. Recommend this place for the convenience and great care!

I dealt with Kelvin Diep who was there to answer any and all questions I had through the entire process. Kelvin is a wonderful human being and turned my unpleasant experience into a happy one. I was extremely happy with Kelvin's services. He has done a fantastic job with my car. I would recommend his services to everyone. He's professional and delivers his words on time. They understand the trials and tribulations of owning a vehicle. Life happens-and they are empathetic to customers’ needs. They get the job done, in a reasonable timeframe, at fair, honest and competitive prices! They have a sense of “community”, and it shows because, they are the preferred choice with most major insurance companies. They are easy to work with because of their vast knowledge of the industry. If you need any auto body, mechanic or towing services- give Lyon’s a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What started off as a nightmare experience with my Intact Insurance, Brian at Lyon’s Autobody shop really turned it around for me with his well needed guidance! Brian provided great advice when dealing with my insurance company, as he noted he had similar experiences with other clients that were with this company. With his advice on being persistent with my representative, instead of undergoing the process of my car being a “write off” based off of what she told me initially, Brian was able to finally receive their email regarding my claim so he could provide the appraisal request in order for them to reconsider. After waiting on my insurance company for 2 weeks on approving my claim, Brian and his team was able to have my front bumper and headlight fixed and painted in 8 days, and I cant Thank them enough for that! They provided me a decent rental for the time that I was Out of a car and kept me in the loop throughout this whole process! Again, I appreciate What they have done for me and so happy to have gotten my car back in great condition! Thank you Brian!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience. I would highly recommend them. Someone hit my car in the parking lot so I brought it to Lyons for some body work. I received an estimate when I brought it in. It was very reasonable considering it was a 2 day job. After making an appointment, I brought it back in. Everyone was friendly and nice. They are very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. They were helpful and answered all of my questions. The car was done exactly when they said it would be. The car was washed when I went to pick it up. There were no additional extra fees. The car looks fantastic. You would never know someone hit it. Thank you team Lyons.
