Best vet clinic on the North Shore. Sincerely grateful for the way Camille, Alona and Dr. John Bratty took care of my dog Ray and his torn nail this evening. Ray is scared of every vet clinic, but they did an amazing job with him. In the past, we have seen Dr. Stone-Mockler and Krista, who are also very kind and professional. I’ve been to several vet clinics on the North Shore and highly recommend the team at Lynn Valley Vet Clinic, especially for dogs that have high levels of anxiety when visiting the vet.

We are truly grateful and very appreciative of the wonderful staff and treatment our three-legged dog, Lulu, received at Lynn Valley Veterinary Clinic. We saw Dr. Janet Maclean and the experience was genuinely wonderful! We had no choice but to book an appointment on a weekend, and Dr. Maclean shuffled her lunch in order to care for Lulu. We are very glad to have Lynn Valley as our clinic and wish nothing but the best for this wonderful Veterinary Clinic. From the Assistants to the Veterinary Technicians to the Doctor(s) 5 Star all the way through. Thank you very much for getting our pooch-best-friend back to health <3 - Lulu & Family.

I have had dogs all my life. I have never had a clinic that has treated my family the way that Lynn Valley has. Kind, compassionate, understanding! My guy Floyd has been looked after and pampered by the staff there. He actually enjoys going to the vet. They have done many surgeries over the years with always fantastic results. I would would never take him anywhere else.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Dr. Lauren Stone-Mockler and the wonderful team are amazing with my senior girl Norma, who is not a particularly friendly kitty. Norma left the clinic as if she had come back from a spa day - it was clear she had been treated with the utmost care. They have been wonderful with my new addition, Ella, who adores them like family. I'm thankful to have such a competent, compassionate, and caring team of professionals caring for my pets. They are honest, communicative, and treat your pet as they would their own. What more could you ask for?!

Took my puppy in for a rabies vaccine. Was very thankful that they fit me in last minute and Am sure they did a great job but I didn’t appreciate the their lack of communication about what they were doing with my pup. A worker came and took my puppy telling me that they needed to take him to the back to do a quick health assessment and then they would bring him back. I heard him yelping in the back and wondered what was going on. They brought him back to me and told me that they were going to get the vaccine ready… then they just brought me the paperwork and told me to go to the front desk. I paid and when asked more information about the shot found out that they had already given him the shot which was disappointing as I wanted ti be there with him or at least know what was going on, then I asked them to sign my dogs passport which has all his other vaccinations and they said they didn’t need to sign it…. confusing and disrespectful experience.

We happily and positively walked into this appointment for our cat’s first annual check up. Needless to say, we left with sadness and bunch of anxiety. The vet saw some redness in our cat’s mouth, and gave 4 options with little to no hope. I will share the first and last option… 1st option: Prescription Antibiotics (expensive) for 7 days. This would not guarantee anything but would potentially calm the angry gums a bit for a while but not a fix. 4th option: to remove all the teeth. I mean every single one, under general anesthetic, and week/months of recovery…if the poor baba lives through ordeal. Once got home, we managed to give the first dose (orally) to our cat. He was already bothered after the veterinarian visit, but, after we had given the meds, he got worse. We never attempted another dosages. He vomited couple of times and stopped eating for a day. In the next two days, he stayed hidden under our bed, and gradually re-accented himself, on the third day. During this time, we reached out to other vet and cat experts. Once we told the story, about our once health and strong growing 1.5 year old Ragdoll Cat, sympathies and concerning opinions mounted. Today, is the week post that horrifying experience and visit at this veterinarian. Our kiddy cat is back to normal and we are thankful for that. We will never go back to that place.

Most of the staff and vets here are great! They can be incredibly busy but try to accommodate you if it's an urgent issue. They do genuinely care about animals.
