Amazing forested trails along the river. Just 20 mins from core urban area and you can feel transported to a different environment. Ample parking spaces though all are paid parking now. $2 per hour, $12 per day. The backcountry trails are closed right now.

Beautiful, one if a kind area. Great fro hikes. Nature trails pretty much right in the middle of the city. Water sound and the smell of fresh cedar and mist. Unforgettable. Stimulates all senses

A beautiful park valley with wonderful trails. It is a busy place but there is a lot of room for a lot of people.

This park is both a summer paradise and a winter wonderland. During summer, swim in the many natural pools with crystal clear water. In winter, enjoy the stunning scenery. All of the Lynn Canyon areas from lower to upper Lynn Valley, going past Rice lake and above. It’s an epic place to go. I always take friends there and they are amazed. There are so many trails that in 4 years I didn’t explore it all.

We visited the park on a rainy monday morning in november, and the parking lot that is close to the entrance was full. There is another parking before the entrance. Parking is free. There are pit toilets at the start. There are a lot of signs explaining the different trails. The hardest (red) trails were closed for the season. We started at the Lynn Loop, followed by Cedar Mill and Headwaters trail (Total 10Km). There is one bridge not accesible on the Headwaters trail, but there are signs for a detour so you can still pass. The Lynn Loop is easy, but has some elevation difference. The Headwaters trail had several stairs and was very muddy and more challenging. There are a lot of people walking their dog or doing some trailrunning (mostly on the Lynn Loop).

My very first begginer hike. Excellent place to explore solo or with family and friends! Don't forget to grab coffee n explore End of one Line Cafe at the end!

Went when it was raining but the paths are really well maintained and didn't get too muddy. Definitely would recommend bringing a pair of hiking shoes though because my runners were not very ideal. This hike was super nice during the fall with all the leaves changing colors.

A relatively hard trail. Although it is mostly covered under canopy trees, it's a beautiful trail with occasional pick a boo views. The challenge is rather on the ground than the grade. Tree roots and big rocks makes this trail a tricky on specially on your way coming back. Good sturdy hiking boots help protect your ankles
