Luxe Cleaning Co. – A Stress-Free Clean - Luxecleaning.ca

I started to use Luxe in 2016 when my husband started working out of town. I had the bi-weekly basic cleaning service (2.5ish hours) every other Friday. I was amazed at how reasonably priced Luxe was and was happy with the quality of work that was completed. The personalized note and chocolate left at the end of the clean was a nice touch! The best part is I didn’t need to be home in order to get my home cleaned. I just left a key or alarm code and they locked up when they were through!

I have had Luxe Cleaning Company coming every month since August and love the job they are doing! They do a great job cleaning, and the teams I’ve encountered are very friendly! Everyone I’ve emailed as well have been quick to respond and answer any questions I may have! Also enjoy the chocolates left each time :)

Luxe Cleaning provides a great cleaning of our home. We have been using their services for about 3 years now and they are wonderful. The few times we have had an unsatisfactory clean, Luxe has been so great at correcting the problem.

I recieved a Luxe Cleaning gift certificate for Christmas from our kids. I was super excited to use it when I booked a two week vacation this past March. After two weeks away, then having my house cleaned. It was such a relief. Team #2 you were amazing! Thank you! They even took out the garbage! Thank you kids for the wonderful gift. Highly recommended. I have been using Luxe for a couple of years now and have always been happy with the work they have done and a few misses that I noticed were quickly corrected. My last cleaning, yesterday, however, was exceptionally well done, especially the dusting and polishing. Thank you Team 8.

I booked a premium clean with Luxe and was provided a quote and a list of items that would be included in the quote. They called me once at my house to inform me that they would need extra time to complete the job and I agreed to the time and extra cost. I just want to say I have no problem paying extra if that’s what it takes to get the job completed. When I got home and did a quick walk through of the house I noticed a couple of items were not completed - garbage was not emptied, counters were not cleaned (both my kitchen and bathroom counters still had dust or dirt very visibly on them). Those were just two of the items found and communicated to Luxe. On further investigation more items were found incomplete - bathroom floor in ensuite was not washed, overall the quality was just not there. I messaged Luxe to request my new invoice and voiced my concerns. I received my invoice almost immediately and did not receive any sort of acknowledgment to my concerns. This was Friday and now it’s Monday. I even sent a secondary message to inform that the e transfer was sent with full payment and once again voiced I was disappointed that my concerns were not acknowledged and no response. Very disappointing and unfortunately will not be using them again. I am in need of finding a quality, reliable cleaning company that has proper customer service in place.

Their deep clean job was amazing! My house smelled fresh and looked the cleanest it’s been. I continued Luxe for regular cleaning. I am appreciative that they are flexible with their schedule and answer questions quickly. Best of all, they love my big 70 pound dog.

I have since discontinued the bi-weekly service only because I am working from home again, but I will most definitely be using Luxe in the future!

Luxe has been cleaning our house regularly for a few months now and we are always so happy with their service. The house is spotless after they are done and they always arrive and are finished in the time frame given. Employees are pleasant and friendly, as some of us work from home, and they’re easy to contact to add addition services or reschedule when necessary.
