★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took years to be able to finally move in. The builder took care to apparently get the concrete structure correct, but then it seems they ran out of money and hurried through the finishing and hired the cheapest people they could find regardless of qualifications. All window seals were broken (the windows are being replaced). Flooring and cabinets had to be replaced.
