★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luum is a pleasant and relaxing Aveda salon. The space is uncluttered and minimalist. I’ve had cuts from a few stylists there, and they’re consistently good. The perks are nice too: the kick off neck rub, the massaging shampoo chairs, the Aveda herbal tea. It’s a reliably enjoyable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, neat facility. Friendly staff. Was not pressured into getting the complementary message, could be that the stylist knows me well enough to know I am not comfortable with that, but they have messaging chairs while you get your hair washed!! Love my style and will be returning.

I have never really had good experiences at other salons/barbershops, and Billy made it a welcoming and enjoyable experience that I look forward to having again!
