★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So fraud I went there to notarize a document and he asked $100 after doing it where everyone else charges upto $30. I asked him to pay by card he said cash only I have no machine. AT the end paid him $50.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less than one star I most definitely would. I used Luthra Law to assist me with title change on a property I own in Alberta while residing in another province. Sarjan Luthra was recommended to me by the notary I used in Vancouver who will no longer be recommending Luthra Law to anybody. Their communication is abysmal, basically non existent. A process that should have taken a couple weeks took nearly 2 months and cost me an exorbitant amount of money. I was constantly told paperwork would be ready, things would be processed, and it was honestly all lies. The only way I was able to get through to him was to get my dad to call him...an adult woman needing her dad to call, what does that say about a business?? I truly do not know how this lawyer is in business the way he conducts himself. If you have anything important to be done with a lawyer, do not choose Luthra Law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Sarjan Luthra is a racist person as per my personal encounter. Apparently, being a lawyer, he thinks that he is superior than other immigrants here because 'he is born here'. Also, he forgets that half of the immigrants run his home. I would recommend going to him only if you are 'born here' in Canada otherwise be ready to hear such comment from 'Mr. SARJAN LUTHRA.
