â â â â â Ne faites surtout pas affaire avec ce courtier! Chez eux, vous n'ĂȘtes qu'un numĂ©ro, et rien de plus. VoilĂ 10 ans que j'assurais mon habitation avec eux et ils rĂ©silient le contrat avec moins d'un mois de prĂ©avis alors que je les appelais pour annoncer des amĂ©lioration Ă mon systĂšme de chauffage. Ils ne mĂ©ritent mĂȘme pas le titre "d'escrocs", ce ne sont que de petits joueurs, des pee-wees de l'assurance! (C'est gĂȘnant de devoir leur donner ne serait-ce qu'une seule Ă©toile!)
Do not deal with this broker! At home, you're just a number, and nothing more. It's been 10 years since I had my home with them and they canceled the contract with less than a month's notice while I called them to announce improvements to my heating system. They do not even deserve the title of "crooks", they are only small players, pee-wees of insurance! (It's embarrassing to have to give them even one star!)

De plus, il faut parler Ă plusieurs personnes diffĂ©rentes au cabinet, parce que la personne en charge de mon dossier n'est pas joignable et elle n'est pas au courant de la situation. Finalement, j'ai remis un chĂšque en main propre Ă une employĂ© pour payer la diffĂ©rence de coĂ»t de ma nouvelle voiture et celle-ci affirme ne l'avoir jamais eu. La confiance est totalement Ă zĂ©ro. Ils ne se gĂȘnent pas pour augmenter les primes d'assurance Ă chaque, mais le service offert ne justifie absolument pas ces augmentations. Je ne recommande donc pas de faire affaire avec ce courtier d'assurances.
I had poor quality support when a claim went badly with my car's insurer. In addition, you have to talk to several different people in the office, because the person in charge of my file is not reachable and she is not aware of the situation. Finally, I handed a check in person to an employee to pay the difference in the cost of my new car, and she claims to have never had it. Confidence is totally zero. They are not shy to increase insurance premiums every time, but the service offered does not justify these increases. So I do not recommend doing business with this insurance broker.

â â â â â Compagnie Ă Ă©viter! Mon coloc fait un changement d'adresse pour assurer un nouvel appartement. La personne ayant changĂ© les modalitĂ©s du contrat nous a classĂ© fumeurs alors que nous sommes non-fumeur. La compagnie a rectifiĂ© l'information mais dit que cela ne change pas le montant des primes... Donc un fumeur qui a 10 fois plus de chance de mettre le feu va payer autant qu'un non-fumeur. Totalement absurde!
Company to avoid! My roommate changes address to secure a new apartment. The person who changed the terms of the contract classified us as smokers even though we are non-smokers. The company has corrected the information but says that does not change the amount of the premiums ... So a smoker who is 10 times more likely to set a fire will pay as much as a non-smoker. Totally absurd!
